I love my crockpot!

Want a quick, easy, healthy recipe?

layer in a crockpot:
4-5 frozen chicken breasts
1 can corn (drained)
1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 jar salsa

cook on low for 8 hours

shred chicken and add 8oz block cream cheese (1/3 less fat version) and mix.
serve with whole wheat tortillas.

So good! Enjoy!
